program is designed to accommodate the many who have a very busy schedule and
stressful lifestyle. We feel it is so important to take care of "you" and have
chosen to take a step in a new direction to meet your needs. This is additional
to all other services we currently provide.

A personal training session for weightloss & body toning, yoga or Pilates may be substituted for any class in either of the above packages. A take home plan is provided. We are available to design a package to meet you specific needs. This customized service is at no additional cost. Our ultimate goal is to promote wellness within our relaxing environment. Your schedule too busy? Call today for an appointment of a Energetix Matrix Alignment bodywork session during your lunch schedule. Return to the office fully relaxed and more productive. Our focus is on your well-being. Gift certificates are available and may be purchased in any amount. Schedules on classes are posted outside our studio.
