The first class at Nia Connecticut is complimentary. Classes may be added at anytime. Open for all levels!

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is on Tuesday evenings at 6:35pm to 7:20pm. This is different in that you can choose your station and it has a variety of about 15 forms of exercise. We recently added in Bender Bar and the Reformer to spice up the class. Each week you can experience a new form of exercise with both these devices. This class is very beneficial as you can work your problem areas for muscles and also incorporate some cardio. The Step is fun, the trampolines are fantastic and the Hula Hoop is very challenging but getting mastered. If you have not tried this class you are missing a lot!
